Delete your Strak Tile account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, from the app or the web.

In the app

1. Open Strak Tile and tap the account button at the top right of Sites (the gear when you're signed out).
2. Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account.
3. If it asks, sign in again to confirm it's you, then confirm the delete.

On the web

Sign in at the Strak Tile web app and follow the same steps.

What's deleted

• Your account and sign-in.
• Your cloud backup: every site and room in your Personal space, with their photos.
• Your AI usage, any tester access, and our copy of your subscription status.
• Your place in any company. A company you own on your own is deleted with your account; if it has other members, hand it over first.

Sites saved on your phone stay there until you delete them or remove the app. Sites in a company's workspace belong to the company and stay with it. Purchase records that Apple, Google and our payment partner must keep by law are kept by them.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play: cancel it in your store account's subscription settings.
